When Thuy was little, the adults would ask 'What do you want to be when you grow up?'. Her answer to that question was: 'an office worker in a nice skirt and heels'. Little did that kid know how unsatisfying it was to be what she wanted. ⁣ ⁣ Fast forward to 2018, Thuy founded her first business Travels by TM - A boutique transformation travel business based in Peru with an aim to empower and equip Gen Z and Millenials with the ability to solo travel in order to enrich their perspectives on life to pursue their purpose. Then came the pandemic of 2020, Travels by TM did what it best knew how and transforms itself into candles Made by TM in March 2020, utilising fire as the transformation symbol itself. Beautiful candles were created by our founder with aesthetic craftsmanship and they hit shelves locally not long after. ⁣ ⁣ In 2023, Made by TM changed its name to Lucid Works operating under TM Interplanetary Pty Ltd. Thuy is proud of Lucid Works and its heritage as her brand identity speaks volumes of what a life built on conscious dreaming can do in the midst of life's unprecedented changes. ⁣ ⁣ When Thuy is not multitasking on her never-ending things to do within her business, she can be found visiting her local stockists to see how Lucid Works can better improve their customers' experience. Outside of her work, she enjoys discovering multi-sensory dining experiences with friends. Her other activity is exploring the underwater world on warm summer days snorkeling to find colourful nudibranchs, seahorses, and other unknown residents of the ocean.
