Shipping policy
LucidWorks offers complimentary standard shipping on orders from $99* within Australia using carbon-neutral couriers. All orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days of payment being received unless it is a custom order (this will be up to 2 weeks).
Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery Australia wide and up to 20 days during peak periods or remote locations for our courier/s. While we shall endeavour to deliver your product on time and in most instances quicker than the estimated time, there are instances that are out of our control where the estimated times could be exceeded.

*Complimentary standard shipping is valid for fees up to $35 in calculated shipping costs depending on weight and your location.
