What is Reiki?
With confidence, we can affirm that the breath is the bridge between the body and consciousness.
In many esoteric traditions, the breath holds a special, sacred meaning. When we breathe in air, we also absorb a mysterious energy. In Reiki, we call this energy "Reiki." In other traditions, it's known as Prana (India), Chi (China), or Ki (Japan).
No matter the name, this life force energy is ever present and powerful. Reiki is available to anyone who seeks it, but it cannot be fully described in words. It must be experienced. Each person encounters Reiki in a unique way, and whether it’s through a treatment or a workshop, it can bring on changes into one's life.
The universal life force connects everything in the world, like droplets in an ocean, constantly communicating on an unconscious level. Just like cells in our body work together as a unified system, the universe also communicates in intricate ways across space and time. Deepak Chopra, in Quantum Healing, explains how even the smallest particles in the universe communicate and react to each other, regardless of distance.
There are countless examples of this invisible communication. Scientists observed that when a monkey in Japan started washing sweet potatoes in salt water, other monkeys around the world began doing the same. Similarly, trees can warn each other of danger through gas emissions, triggering a protective response. This form of communication has been called "Morphic Resonance". In the same way, Reiki is an intelligent energy, connecting us all across time, space, and consciousness.
When our candles are Reiki-enhanced, we infuse healing energies into the products so it can be activated when used. When our products are used with the right intentions, Reiki will enhance this energy thereby enabling the end user to make the most of their candle, in every way.
